If required, we can add, repair and/ or maintain an existing installation most importantly all our work carries a 1-year guarantee on labour and materials.
This is the most critical part of any installation. If working in an existing planted garden we are very conscious and aware of the need to install with the minimum amount of disturbance to the planting, and lawns.
The connection boxes, glands etc are top quality products made in Germany and rated at IP65 ( waterproof).The cabling is also designed for outside garden use deemed to be a hostile environment. All mains connection boxes are placed above ground either on the wall or fence boundary lines, and are sited when ever possible to be concealed by planting.12volt connections are made via crimp extension lugs and specially designed adhesive lined heat shrink. This gives a 100% waterproof seal to all connections, paramount to give long lasting trouble free usage.Either RCD or RCBO devices will protect all installations. This is a requirement of the current edition of the 17th Edition Wiring regulations. If your installation is not protected we will advise you as to the best type to use.
Our gardens are fitted with RF wireless switching technology by either Lightsymphony or Wise.
This gives you the option of having your lights remotely switched from any location inside or outside the house from as many locations as you wish, without the need for internal damage to your existing interior finishes.
Your lighting can also be controlled via Iphone, Itouch, wall panel via wifi, photocells and timers.
Water features and fountains can also be controlled this way if required.
